I purchase this bag and I received them right away but they send me a fake handbags,defects and wrong order.they even charge my card more than the payment I did due to currency changes. I tried to contact their customer service and they demand a picture so I picture the products and send it to them.They just send me a message saying sorry and giving me discount on next purchase and never give me a solution about the returning.i ask for English address because the address was written in Chinese and no return form.i went to post office to estimate the package fee and it cost almost $80.i reported it to my card regarding the situation and waiting for result.
