They downloaded a virus into my computer and told me I had to pay 59.99 for Disk Antivirus Professional before I could use my computer again. I used a credit card for 59.99. I called 800-352-0375 to cancel and "Leo" said that it wasn't compatible with my computer and to expect to receive a credit for 59.99 in 5-7 days. I called again on 3-11-13 because there was no credit, and now he is saying 7-14 days. He hangs up and will not let me speak after he tells me about the credit. Very nasty. Hard to hear, like overseas. My computer is running fine, and that was all a scam.
