Ordered Purasilk product in Feb, and just received notification another $69.99 + $4.95 shipping = $74.94 has been charged to my credit card without my knowledge nor my consent. Spent several hours trying to contact 1-888-243-8502 number provided for Customer Service, and just music plays on & on, with a voice saying "a customer service representative will be with you shortly" - SCAM
