Ordered Nike Air Max 2011, waited a week, still says processing. Called, was told their bank had a hold on their funds and to wait two more weeks. Waited again, called and then was told the shipment had been lost and that was the reason for the delay. Total 180 and deflection.They also told me they had tracking for the shoes inbound from their distributor and that the shoes would at the VERY least have tracking by the following Friday. Called again after that - no answer and no return call. Emailed, nothing. Order is still in processing. The have one guy taking customer service calls it sounds like. I asked for cancellation. No response from email. I filed a complaint with my bank and am disputing the charge. A letter will also be sent to the attorney generals office and the Better Business Bureau. Horrible American represented company, no customer service, quick to take your money and then dump you. It looked shady to begin with. Shame on me but definitely shame on them. Seems crooked beyond belief.
