Claimed vehicle was ready to ship from Illinois, she was only selling because she had moved to Portugal and it was too costly to ship there. Feb. 27 she emailed claiming car had shipped but providing no tracking number. She said it would arrive on March 2. She did not respond to any more requests for additional information. Car never arrived.
