Order a sony RX-100 camera for $550.00 from them on the 28th. They called next day to do the hard sell and told me I bought the Japanese model and that is a cheaper model and it is a not as good as the US Model. He sold me the an extra battery and some other stuff to push the price to $750.00. I called Sony and they said do not buy from this company, they are lying about the different cameras. I called that next Monday the 4th to cancel and they said it shipped. I asked them for a tracking number and they said the UPS facility gives them the tracking only after shipping out, which I know is not true. I then turned on the phone recorder and recorded them saying they would cancel the order if I wish and I said "yes", but I would be charged for bring the shipment back from UPS. I then said that I was recording the conversation and he said that was illegal and then got mad. I said you are being recorded and the order was cancelled and asked for his name, he replied "Fred". I still have not gotten the money transferred back into our account as of today 3/8/2013 and don't have any tracking or product. I called the credit card company and they are filing a complaint with them. I own a distribution company and I called our UPS national account representative and told him what they said and he called them and said they were full of crap. I would recommend everyone to not do business with this company. They are fraudulent and deceptive and I am willing to spend a lot more than I lost to win this whole dispute.
