everytime i go to ballys casino i notice i never win anything i though that it was just a stright of bad luck until it just kept on happing over and over,over ,over,over and time after time i never get a chance to enjoy my self and on top of that my brother has been playing for ever and he still has a red card, i have been treated very badly by ballys promontional staff and it is very noticable that they call the same names every time there is a drawing and ido mean every time one of the staff member verbally insulted me so i just wonder am i suppose to be treated like this
