Requested a "sample" to try in mid Feb and only supposed to pay the postage. Now I see that my credit card has been charged for $149.95. Don't know what this is for as I didn't order anything. Credit card company says this is a common scam and to send Allure a cancel notice in wriring. Tried to phone Allure but there is no answer. Card co. will cancel any further charges hopefully.

  • Sue, my case is identicle to yours, except I cancelled within a week, but they still charged me the same amount as you. I've been on phone with my credit card company for hours on two different occasions, and still don't know if I'll ever be reimbursed. They are now going to try and fight it out with them, may take weeks before I hear. All I can tell you is be insistant with your credit card company, call often, and insist on action, please don't assume they have your back. LIVE AND LEARN.....right!

  • I have cancelled my cards with the bank they are also monitoring this company which only use numbers.If any one has the telephone number for these people I would much appreciate it as they have now sent me another package.

  • I have the # but they would NOT ANSWER for me 1-800-903-1501 and the web page says server not found? www.alluredeadsea.com
    MY bank was good enough to credit my visa for the whole amount and the two shipping & handling charges, but I do have proof of returned creams from my post office. Good Luck to everyone who was taken in as I was, nothing in this world is free, absolutely nothing!

  • I went to their web site and sent a message to their "Customer Support" advising that I wanted no further shipments as of this date. They actually answered me saying they had cancelled my "account". I have written off the $149.95 as a bad debt and a lesson learned.

  • It is sad that we have to cancel our credit card accounts in order to not be bothered by such unscrupulous business practices. But just think of how many thousands or millions they makeoff unsuspecting customers that let them rob their credit cards.

    Sue did you keep their product? if so it cost you $149.95+ s&h charges.

  • Yes, I didn't realise that they charged my card til too late. They will only give you 2weeks to return for refund, BUT, the 2weeks starts when you order. Most of that time is gone by the time you get the product. I know it cost me $149.95- plus the original $9.95 --lesson learned!!!

  • I have sent them an email telling them they have to stop robbing peoples accounts especially when they haven't ordered the product,I don't remember asking them for further deliveries of this product.That was three days ago & still no reply but this company only have a PO Box. Have to put this down to bad experience but it has put me off buying on line.

  • FUMING just checked my bank account they have taken another £69.95 My bank are now chasing this company they said I had ordered more products on the 20/3/13 I don't think so, this is after I have canceled my cards please be aware these people are pure thieves.....

  • Well been to bank again they say we might not get any monies returned,but I have been back on the allure site go into your accounts then manage auto fill click the bottom box which will remove all hidden orders, this site is legal and called a roll over purchase.I hope this helps everyone who made the mistake I did.Thank god I have a clever daughter who sorted this out.
