We seen an add for this law firm who claimed to be helping people get government assistance and be approved for loan modification through the grants the government started recently for people losing their homes. We have paid the fee of $1500 upfront but now that its paid I can't get ahold of anyone there or get anyone to return my emails and I received papers for foreclosure today so I guess they haven't been working on anything at all. I received a few follow up phone calls and emails saying our loan modification was still in review but everything looked good. But now as soon as the money is paid they disappear.
