Bought a jacket from what I thought was a legitimate G-star website. Payment was through Yourspay. I got suspicious as the wording in the confirmation email was a bit strange. Googled it and found others had bad things to say about Yourspay. It seems they set up fake websites and take your money. I cancelled my credit card but it was too late. Yourspay sent about 3 emails over the space of 2 months saying the goods had been sent (they even attached blank shipping forms) but of course I never recieved anything. I didnt bother emailing them because I knew it was a waste of time. Instead I contacted my credit card company and after two months of phone emails and calls to my credit card company I got an email from Yourspay saying they would refund my money. I was surprised as I had never contacted them. I suspect Yourspay backed down after the credit card company contacted their bank.
