I was trying to buy a used SUV Ford Escape, i gave to this guy a deposit for an used car in the amount of $500.00. The suv has the computer damaged and this guy says he will repair it. Everytime we call at this number, is not there, he do not answer, he said he will call but he do not call back.

The total for the suv was $4,200.00 minus the deposit of $500.00 the balance is $3,700.00. Until today the suv is not ready and everytime i call him he said that he has a lot of expenses repairing the car and now he is trying to selling me other cars not the one we make the deal in the first place. I told him i want my deposit back and that i want it this Saturday 3-9-13 and he get mad he said that i should not tell him what to do and that he will gave me the money when he wants.
