Ordered frypans and knife. Sales pitch accelerated and the directions said "Say yes or press one. Thinking one meant a refusal; I pressed one. Ended up ordering $339.00 worth that I did not want.Called Monday morning and was told to call on Wednesday. Called Wed. told the order had been processed. Told to call Thurs. and get tracking #. Unable to obtain the normal way. Got the #; told to go to Fedex office (30 miles away) and could cancel face to face. Called Fedex and was told they cannot cancel an order. Called again and was told to refuse the order when it is delivered.Meanwhile my money will be taken from my account.
