I ordered a ceramic Smiley ( Doctor) early in Novembetr, 2012.
The charge was $16.00 plus $15.oo for shipping. I ccalled week after week , only to be told by Mable that she had been sick and behind. She assured me i would receive said Smiley befoe Christmas. Again I followed and i decided to check my checking account. This check was cashed on November 22, 2012. Mable told me she would send product two weeks ago. It is now March 7, 2013. I am making a formal complaint , called my bank and will contact the Attorney Generals Office .
