He runs contractor service ads in the San Diego Union Tribune Newspaper. He cashed my $500 deposit, abandoned my job, and refuses to return my deposit or my calls. I have filed formal complaints against him with the San Diego Small Claims Court, the DA's office, CA State Licensing Board, the local BBB, and the San Diego Union Tribune Newspaper. San Diego Craig's list and manta.com show how he has scammed other victims.
