I called AOL technicians regarding a problem I had with sending e-mail. A technician answered requesting $149.99 to prevent hackers from continuing their activities on my computer. I gave the man my card number over the internet. He did not repair my problem, but he took remote control over my computer. When I called back, a Micro Tek technician advised me that I had been scammed! I called my bank and determined that my money was taken by SkyLogic. This is apparently an on-going problem because AOL told me the name of the company, and advised that it was a scam! I would like a return of my funds, and a complete investigation so that no one else has to go through this!
