On November 18, 2012, I found a coupon through Amazon Deals for Blue Chip Vegas which is a hotel management group that books rooms at hotel called The Signature (owned by MGM) in Las Vegas, Nevada. I booked the room for the weekend of December 7, 2012 to December 9, 2012. After paying $329 for 2 nights (which also included VIP passes to 2 clubs and a Vodka/mixer package) I thought I got a great deal. When I called to make my reservations, I was told they only had "rooms with a balcony" available, so it would be an additional $15/night. Plus taxes and resort fee it came out to an additional $125.48. I was a little disappointed, but decided I could live with it. When I got there late Friday night, I noticed the vodka and VIP passes weren’t in the room. I tried to call Blue Chip but their operating hours are only from 9AM-4:30 PM. So my wife and I went to sleep. The next morning we woke up and found that our sheets had some stains on them. Some of the stains looked like old blood which considering it is a health hazard, should be taken care of regardless (see pictures). I was willing to just swap out the sheets with the ones in the closet, but even those were stained. So we called Blue Chip Vegas to get the room cleaned. We were told we had to schedule a room cleaning, so because we were not on the books for one, there was nothing they could do about it. I emailed them later on to see if there was anything that could be done about the sheets and never got a reply. So that night, we slept with only one sheet on the bed. Because there was no follow up while we were there, when I got back on December 12, I called Blue Chip Vegas to explain the situation to the manager (I forgot her name, but she wasn’t the most pleasant person to deal with). The best they said they could do was to refund me $25 because that’s what it would have cost me to get my room clean. I decided to post the situation on their FaceBook page. After multiple comments, Blue Chip asked for me to send them a message on FaceBook with my email address so they could handle the situation properly. I did so the same day they asked for it. After a few days, they deleted the post from their page (as well as other negative reviews). I posted one more time and they blocked me from their page and erased my other comments.
