I have received an email stating that it was from Diana Richey saying that she is making me her beneficiary of will. Im so happy I didn't give any banking info, but I did give the lawyer Mr chambers my copy of I'd and full name. How can I stop them from using my info? For any purpose that they may have.. someone email me to tell me if it's a hoax

it is a hoax...there are so many people on here saying the got the same email, me being one of them.. I am not sure why people do this it really is absolutely ridiculous , i would just email them back and tell them you know its a scam and you will involve the law if they use your identity.. when i went on my email today and checked what they said to me a warning came up saying
"Be careful with this message. Similar messages were used to steal people's personal information. Unless you trust the sender, don't click links or reply with personal information. " SO if i were you i would just email them saying you know it is a scam..best of luck..its a shame it isnt real 10 mil would be nice right about now -

i just sent them an email saying
"you are one hell of a scam artist there are so many people on the internet complaining saying you sent them this same email to get to use their personal information.. i am warning EVERYONE that you are a hoax..get a (Inappropriate Content Removed)life." -
