I recently ordered 3 bottles of Garcinia Cambogia for $19.95 each. I was to receive "2 bottles free". I was billed a total of $99.00 ( I guessed I paid for my "free" bottles). I placed my order via the internet. I quickly called (3 minutes later) to cancel my order via the customer service telephone number: 855-978-6683. I was told I could not cancel my order; order was already shipped.
Orders are shipped from shipping warehouse in Utah ( I later gathered). The call center is somewhere in the far east. The customer reps were very rude and stubborn. I was told I needed to wait for product, and then send it back. I was also told I will be billed $5.95 per bottle for "re-stocking fee" ~ even though the product will be unopened. I will also have to pay shipping fees, including $30.00 in re-stocking fees!!! What a great scam!!!
I cannot get the people from the call center to give me a U.S. phone number or company address. Also, no one responded to my email complaint. Make sure you also cancel your "membership"; as you will be billed $9.95/month. This is also a hidden disclosure in the terms of agreement!!!
If anyone knows the local telephone number and company address for this company, please inform me (and others).

I believe this is the address and toll free phone number as I live in Australia i cannot access This company goes under different names yourfittrainer,garcinia ,green bean coffee
and probably a few others names that should be grouped together on scambook to get a realistic amount they are scamming from the public -
