It all started when I replied to an ad for an english bulldog puppy. I was interested in his male puppy Snow. We emailed eachother and I finally committed to pay for shipping of Snow to me for $290. This is what Teddy emailed;
Hi there,
Thanks for your response. I must say that am very happy to meet a good home for my puppy(s) and i am very convinced that the puppy(s) will be well taken care of by you.I will like to add some more qualities of the puppy(s) that was not mention in the previous mail i sent to you.
-they are 100%pure breed puppy(s).
-they are house Trained .
-they are socialized with kids and other house hold pets
-they get angry when you shout at them, so don't do that.
-they bark when they see strangers
Can you promise me that the puppy(s) will be well looked after and you will keep me updated with monthly pictures so I can know how the puppy(s) are doing with you. I have just moved into Hope City Arkansas. due to the death my Mother, and will be very happy if you can come for the viewing but if not then i shall arrange for a Pet courier service and they will get the puppy(s) delivered at your home
address that you will provide to me, i love the service of a delivery company because they are so fast. After the registration, i will provide you the puppy(s) registration number OK.The litter of these puppies were six but i have succeeded in given four of them for adoption and among those four, three of them were delivered to their new destinations by this courier service so kindly send the delivery details. As soon as i have the details , i shall prepare the puppy(s) for delivery to your home .You will have to pay just $290 for a puppy and that is directly to the Delivery company..And also I will send all the relevant paper works via the Currier service so you will be paying directly to them and not to me because my main objective is for this puppy(s) is to have a lovely and forever family,so the $290 is for the delivery of one puppy . On Feb. 26 I was supposed to receive my puppy @ 830. It never happened.

This is where the nightmare begins. They then sent me an email saying puppy is to weak, therefore they need $1500 for vaccines;

The PUPPY was looking so weak and tired when it had to live here in Oklahoma City Intl Airport for his first lay-over and we had no other option but to channel the puppy to our vet director here.

Below are the lab results and what they recommend for the Puppy as soon as possible. The major problem we have at hand now is that the crate in which the puppy was to be shipped in from Oklahoma City Intl Airport. is causing the puppy problems because the weather situation now in Oklahoma City Intl Airport and that is the major cause of the fatique and hence our veterinarian has recommended that you get An AC crate for the Puppy to continue the delivery in. He also recommends that the Puppy be given One shots of vaccines each for Strength and Anti-Compression making a total of 2 vaccines.

He explained that the Puppy will need the shot vaccines for strength in order to continue. We expect you to get back to us with the payment in order for us to administer the vaccines and also get An AC Crate For the Puppy to continue in.

Below is a rundown of the requirements recommended by our vet director here.

I emailed Teddy....is this a joke? He said he was not aware of this and he would email the delivery service and get back to me.
Teddy got back to me and said it's no joke. I pleaded with them and they said they can do $3500, which I have put together $1000. So all you need to do is come up with $2500. I told him I'll try my best. Then I received this email from the delivery service;

Then, I got an email saying they need $525 more for the puppy food/accommodations. It has been a nightmare

I emailed Teddy and the delivery service and told them why don't they deduct the $525 from the monies they will be refunding me when they delivery Snow. Have not gotten any response. I emailed them and told them I don't anymore to give. I have saved all the emails.
These people are terrible, to take advantage of peoples emotions and think its okay.
