ordered a tv series on dvd on feb.11,2013. On the 21st I had not recieved the dvd's so I e-mailed and called the phone number listed on their site. I was told that it had been sent to the post office and was coming priority mail. Using the tracking number, the post office had not recieved it. I called back and they told me it was on back order. Meanwhile the tracking number is no longer valid and I get an e-mail saying I will have my movie in 4-5 days. Still no movie. Now their phone number is no longer in service. Surprise!! How could I have been so STUPID! I do not know how they can sleep at night.
