On the 25/2/2013 a company called Smile finance took £26.34 from my account without my consent. i dont know who these people are!! I went on their website and made a complaint via email, they responded by saying that they recieved my email and that one of thier staff will be contacting my within 2 working days and it has been over a week so i sent another email and have not heard anthing not even a email to say they recieved it!! I have also tried calling them and not getting any response. I'm sick and tired of this!!!

HI after much searching i found that the company is operated by these people, the money group. Call them and they should (at least tell you) they are refunding the paymend. I hope this helps

I applied for instalment loans , for my forthcoming wedding. After making a few applications carefully over a period of three days in June, I gave up & decided to find a loan from Amigo Loans. However, I contacted my bank to tell them to cancel Unauthorised Transactions from Smile Finance amongst others They refused to do so & Cancelled my account!
I am still going to fight this Neither the banks or these scam artists should have the right to steal !HPG -
