Viewing bank statement found an unauthorized debt charge of $79.00 from a bwsmyhelthy. Contacted my bank and was told needed to call the company try and get refund. My bank informed me that had come thru Flickr. Also, since had done some orders via Amazon to be careful that they do sell your information, which I was not was not aware. Called the company and after a long drawn out conversation and elimination of names, verifing my email address and the debt card number and other information. Monica,whom I spoke with was able to tell me this charge was done by a family member and through their Yahoo acct. I had the family member with me when I made the call and know for a fact this person would never do this. That they were filling out job applications and deleting multiple ads and unwanted emails from companies. The $79.00's was for a book and would help you with starting jobs at home. Sure enough when looking at the Yahoo account in fine print we found Flickr,which had not been accessed to our knowledge. We have also deleted Yahoo and will not be using again. When told this, I informed Monica, I didn't authorized the purchase and didn't want the book. She stated would have the account closed and no more orders or charged would be placed. I told her, I wanted the money back, she then stated she would have to file fraud and account would be deleted. Told I had already filed fraud charges and contacted my bank, wanted money refunded and close the account had not authorized any purchase nor would I. She stated money would be refunded and would take about 5 to 7 days to receive. Bank informed me, if this was not done they would watch old debt account and they would take action if needed.
