I started my adventure with CIG Realty in August of 2012. At that time there was no negative chatter about them on the internet. Their fees were steep, but it was worth it to me to remove myself from my current position. I withdrew $20,000 from my 401k to move into a property. With taxes charged my damage is now $29,000. I figured it would have been an easy deal. They are quick to take your $. They put you on eternal hold. If you're luck enough to get through they do NOT answer/return phone calls. Unfortunately it was by far the worst experience I've ever had with ANY company EVER! You'd have better luck finding money on trees. I did not have time to mess around with these fools at the time. Like I said prior, I had to find another place. Now that I am settled in I'm going after them full force. I'm going through the NY State Atty General. If you are a new customer STAY AWAY!!! If you are an existing customer trying to get your refund you may want to call... Suggested number to call is 516-248-3300.
