as their staff mentioned that they bought from Xuzhou Dongfangsheng Import & Export, and the bosses are brothers.

Buyer bought Aluminium Ingot 99.7% and signed a 2 years contract with this trading company and they claimed to be manufacturer. In website, office to be in Xuzhou but the fact was, there was none and the office was in Shujiazhuang China, some old residential worn out building with fewer staffs.

Never believed all those trading export companies in China that claimed 20% or 30% advance payment for Aluminium Ingot, Copper Cathode, Tin or lead etc...as most likely the deal is a scam. Checked on the company business registration licence, export licence, BL, SGS, all found to be fake.
Many shipment arrived in Buyer's discharge port contains Stones and granites...no aluminium ingot, no copper cathode etc...

Once payment was made, the Seller claimed that the shipment was stuck in Tianjin Port and cargo held by Customs due to under-declaration of the value but in actual fact, they never did.

Kindly note that when dealing or buying non ferrous metals from China from these unscrupulous traders, be careful and better check with the Chinese Trade Chambers and never, never transfer any advance at all even if you had seen them unless accompanied by the Chinese Municipal official or police to verify their existence.

Another company to watch out for is Shikaitong International Metal Materials Beijing Co Ltd.
Factory is in Beijing ( www.shikaitong.net) but it does not exist but the office is somewhere in Shijiazhuang.
Buyer signed a 1 year contract in Jan 2013, but after when Buyer issued the IRDLC, Seller claimed that they cannot sell us.
Now they used an innocent staffs to go around and canvassed for business to innocent buyers.
