I placed an order back on APRIL 18...the order total was around $56.00-six hair bows, one hair bow hanger and a tutu. About 7 weeks later I got the six hair bows, and have never heard from the company again. I sent countless emails and would just get the automated email back, never received my tutu and hanger which was about $30.00 of the order total. Tried to call the phone number and it was no longer in service. What do you do when a business does this, how do you go about getting your money back, if it is at all possible??? I've pretty much given up the hope that I will be refunded. How do they get away with this???
