I ordered a refurbished phone set from FactoryOutlet.com. I expected refurbished, however the purchase was for four phones. When the set arrived, it was haphazardly thrown in an unmarked box with one phone incompatible with the set. I phoned their customer service, requested an exchange. Was told to send the incorrect phone back, not the set. They stated when they received the phone they'd replace it with the correct one, then refund my postage. A few days later, another incorrect phone arrived in the mail. Another 20 minutes wait time to be told "You did not return the entire set in it's manufacturers packaging." 1) I was not instructed to, 2) it was sent thrown into a plain brown box. Then, with no help, no resolution, no meaninful customer service, I was told I'd have to call again on a weekday. Nowhere in any of this are they owning their mistake, providing clear instructions for resolution, or showing responsibility for the inconvenience to the consumer because they do not QC their products prior to shipping.
