In trying to sell a time share, I was contacted by a Tadeusz Skiba of Providence RI. To complete the sale, his agent, Erin Talbert of Palm Coast FL sent me her licensee details and the purchase agreement, all notarized, as well as a record of the down payment Mr.Skiba had made. She requested funds via Western Union to cover deed and an old special assessment on my Star Island time share I had never heard of for which they were sorry but....I sent the funds...bad move!!
naturally, nothing has been heard of since 1 Feb.
