I bought their knife they had on special where you just pay the $3.24 and they send you one. Well, I received the knife, and a little while later, there is a charge for $88.94 on my checking account!
Called to the company customer service.
Not really good communication.
The guy from customer service said that one more knife has been shipped already today morning from Georgia.
I asked to cancel my account, and he is got apset and rough talking to me.
His advice was to go to the post office and get a tracking number for returning, call back him with this tracking number, and AFTER THAT they will try to cancel the $88.94 charge!
I didn't understand and ask him: do I need to call you with the tracking # of the package, which is going to me or get a new one for the knife I do not even have in my hand yet?
He said: no, I have a tracking number of the package which is going to you, you need a new one for the package you will send us back.
Okaaaayyy....... I asked him to provide me a tracking number of the knife I'm going to have, and do you know what he answered ? "Oh, the tracking number is not available. It may be available Monday or Tuesday of next week."

Excuse me, do I do not understand something in this life, or those people are trying to make a dirty business ? They know how to charge your card, but they do not know how to get a tracking number of the package they already sent you ???
What kind of customer service is that ??
What kind of business is it ??
No agreements, no receipts, no email notifications, but the credit and debit card charges are going well !
Just did read all other complaints, and after all of that I'm just surprise that the government still didn't close this company, who just lies to people taking their money
