I ordered thru phone as advertised on facebook for trial free - two small packages about Nov 24,2012. The package did not arrive until Dec 22/23, almost one month after in Canada, just before Christmas. So busy, did not open and i tried until after New Year... did not feel good, Doctor say stop it. And they had already charged me on Visa (which i did not receive the statement until end of Jan). The first charge was Dec 11, for $24.13, should be free as trial. And two other charges on Dec 21, that was before I even received my first trial packages (on Dec 22)... the two charges are $81.04 and $84.31. Two more charges occurred on my credit cards on Jan 08, two weeks after at $89.68 and $86.44. I complained... and by the time, I made another complain, it was about Feb 06/07,2013. They had charged another package and shipping at $87.40, total damages are about $490. Because you have to pay to send the unwanted bottle and pay to receive it, ridiculous. And they only refunded me about $55 total so far for future shipping that was supposedly on the way already. The lady I called and was transferred to talk to as supervisor was named Jessica. The company and its employees are cold blooded abusers of other people's power and rights. They should be penalized for their actions and poor customer services, if that is what they are in for business.

Total abuse of customers credit information and non-responsible advertising and fraud. I will never trust their sites and information again. They use everything they possibly can to get your money, they are not in the business to help you loss weight or promote health, or make you feel good, they are in it for your money, that is the only logic reason I can think of. They would not even ask how have you been doing, have you tried the pills, or how you feeling? any reactions, etc, etc... as long as you have opened the package, and picked up, it was your fault.

Very bad business practice and customer service.
