COMPLAINT : PAYMENT FOR A FREE SAMPLE.
1. APPENDED SEE MY ORDER NO. FOR A FREE SAMPLE OF YOUR BELLAGENIX AND VELOURA AS ADVERTISED.
2. THAT WAS ALL THAT I ORDERED. POSTAGE WOULD BE A LIMITED AMOUNT TO BE PAID BY ME.
3. UNFORTUNATELY WHEN I PERUSED MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT FOR FEBRUARY 2013 I DICOVER MUCH TO MY SURPRIZE THAT TWO AMOUNTS
WERE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. BOTH AMOUNTS WERE FOR R864872 EACH FOR THE TWO INDICATED PRODUCTS. TOTAL R1728.44 $212.86
4. I CALL IT FRAUD !!!!!!
5. I DETECTED A LOT OF SIMILAR COMPLAINTS ON THE SAME MATTER FROM SEVERAL FREE SAMPLE REQUESTERS ON YOUR WEB SITE.
6. PLEASE REFUND ME A SOON AS POSSIBLE.
7. HOWEVER I MUST COMPLIMENT YOU ON A GREAT QUILITY PRODUCT. IT REALLY WORKS !!!
