( I was interested, my resume had been out there less then 24 hours and I was thrilled!)
I did add them to my yahoo messenger, being out of the loop a cpl of yrs. I assumed it was the way they did long distant interviews now.. She gave me a total of about 30 questions, some were to determine my experience, and the knowledge I have in the area of the job. I was to give detailed answers just a few of the questions I will copy and paste from yahoo messenger for you...
Ques 9. How good are you in multitasking?
Ques 10. Are you a member of a volunteer organization?
Ques 11. Do you have responsibilities or commitments that will be conflicting to your work schedule if hire by the company?
Ques 12. Can you devote 6 hours daily of your time for the company? i.e 8 am - 2 pm, Mon - Fri your time zone?

---------- Then after my so called test questions and answers were sent to her (manager) I got this email...
Base on your level of experience, and how you have answered all questions currently, The Management of this company has decided to hire you as one of our online responsibilities Of an Office Assistant/Data Entry/Customer Service. The company as already made available all necessary materials needed for you to start with us fully, yours will be shipped to your residence address before or after training date. And you will also receive all necessary paper work which you will make necessary signatures on and E-mail back to me. Training commence tomorrow morning 9 am est.! After the training, you will be compensated for your training hours with me, we have two working session in company first session start from 8 am -1 pm, while second session starts from 2 pm-9 pm Mon-Fri sometimes Sat as well hours are flexible. You are to email me with the following: Your full name, Home address and Phone numbers via E-mail to [email protected] to enable my secretary enlist them into the Company's register for proper documentation.

Lastly, You would be eligible to Benefits after 3 months of working with the company. Benefits offered are Health Insurance / Vacations / Bonuses. Also before i forget, the company pays her employees via checks and money orders. Our accounting dept will mail out a check to enable you purchase your working materials from the company local vendor, i will provide you with further instructions as soon as you receive the check.

I really would like to put a STOP to this but what can I do?? The person is on my yahoo messenger and waiting on me to train with "her"
