Played with a no deposit bonus and won $150.00 USD. I've deposited $10 as asked to be able to withdraw. After several payout requests declined the last one was finally accepted Trace ID: 18435665 on Dec 11, 2012. Same thing happened with 99 Slot Machines approximately on the same dates. They never paid me.
