Signed up by buying in for $99 started bidding and won several items which I was charged bring my total to $121.89. Was sent email confirmation and also received email guarantee from Buysafe. 29 days later still waiting for the items. Sent emails to Bidrack and Buysafe asking for refund, this is Bidracks reply:

There was no previous email! Since when is taking money from someone and not giving them anything in return not fraud?
Still no reply from Buysafe.
Bidrack Website lists the following address: Bidrack, Inc. 2711 Centerville Rd Suite 400 Wilmington, New Castle 19808. New Castle? right, that zip code is for Delaware. The 800 238 6195 gets you to a office in Montgomery, Alabama. My bank gave me the 604 720 1535 phone number that was listed with the charges on my account, this number is in British Colombia.
Stay away from Bidrack. Law enforcement should do something about this company.

IT SAYS ON THE BIDRACK WEBSITE THAT ITEMS CAN TAKE 21 UP TO 30 DAYS TOO BE SENT then you still have too wait for the items too get to you if they are sent standard mail and are not sent until the 30th day then you should expect to start seeing your items IN ABOUT A WEEK FROM TODAY IF IT HAS BEEN 29 DAYS SINCE YOU WON THE ITEMS! MORONS

I have contacted them by email and the 800 number... still waiting.
Bysafe refuses to reply to my email, they are the company that guarantees the purchases for 30 days after the purchase, oops the 30 days are past and we only covered you for that time, too bad, still waiting...
"MORONS" really... you should be kinder to those less fortunate than you.

I had to register for this, aaron got owned, good job David. Its pretty obvious that guy works for bidrack and is trying to do damage control.
I was charged by bidrack but I caught it early and reported to my bank right away but look at all the bidrack complaints here, this is craziness. -
