THE COMPANY HAS 42 UPDATES IN TRYING TO GET THEIR SOFTWARE TO WORK. ON SAT FEB 23 I INSTALLED UPDATE 42 AND WHEN I UPDATED MY PROGRAM I COULD NOT OPEN ANY RETURNS. I HAVE HAD A WHOE WEEKEND WASTED. I HAVE ALREADY LOST CLIENTS BECAUSE I COULD NOT SAY WHEN THEIR RETURNS WOULD BE READY. I HAVE OVER 150 RETURNS IN MY OFFICE WHICH I CANNOT WORK ON BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEMS WITH THIS PROGRAM.
