I have encountered the same cheats. I had finished with them when they sent me documents regarding obtaining visa and work permit in UK. In the residence work permit form it was required to affect payment not to the account of UK Border Agency but to the personal account of some lady Jessica Lincoln by means of Western Union... There were other flaws in their approach such as poor advertisement, strange email addresses and others.
