It began Feb. 17,2013. I was looking for a vehicle when I found a 2002 Nissan Altima, on Craigslist allegedly being sold by Frank H. Stewart, of Austin TX.
By Feb. 18, 2013, it was set up to be delivered yesterday Feb. 23, 2013 no later than 8 PM with a phone call within eight hours of delivery. No phone call was received, no car was delivered. The money was to be held for five days while I was deciding to keep it. The money was withdrawn sometime between 8:00 PM Feb. 23 and noon Feb. 24.
