Ordered the 2 trial products on 29/12/12 but till today, I've not received the products & has been billed for the trial offer price $12.54 & $227.86. Have made many calls to this number given 1-888-478-0416 but kept receiving a recording. please advise what I should do. after seeing the numerous complaints against the company,I'm very worried.
