I was hooked into ordering a small trial sample of face creme from these people for just the shipping fee. Now they are billing me for 139.90. I went online and cancelled the order, and phoned to cancel. the product was shipped anyway. They waited 30 days to bill, and now tell me that I needed to return the item within 30 days to get refunded. This is a scam. Now I'm worried it will adversely affect my credit.
