On July 1 2011 I purchased two headbands and 2 barretts from
Hairbowprincess.com I paid $15.02 I waited about 2 weeks didn't receive the items sent them several emails called the number given spoke with someone once they said they would check on it. I got an email saying my items would be on their way. I waited about 10 days still no items I tried to call the number it was disconnected, so I sent another email, I received a generic email back saying all orders shipped through August 12th, I still had no items. I have continued asking my money be refunded, but no respose. My order number was #8626788. I would like a refund but cannot reach anyone to even have the matter looked into.

- Something happened to me I ordered July 8th and didnt get my order til almost end of august, but what I did was I called my bank to return me my money because I called and emailed hairbowprincess almost every day. When I received my order I didn't even get what I ordered they sent it the way they wanted
