I ordered the Batman series for my grandson on January 5, 2013. Was billed three days later. Shipping was reported to have been January 11, 2013 and was suppose to take between 2-4 weeks. When not receiving my DVD by February 14, I sent another email to complain which was post marked failure to notify. All those who have been scam by this company should form a group and prosecute this.
