Went to web site www.dvdgator.com ordered "spenser for hire" at $49 on my visa card. They said to wait 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Times up! I went to the dvdgator web site and could not access today. I googled "Rogers is consulting" as shown on my visa bill and I got the business from the yellow pages. I called a number 289-635-9902 and it just rang, I left a message for probably monday morning. I also filed a complaint with Bank Of America Visa. I am going to call B of A monday and give them all the details I have and let them fight for my money back. I made my mistake when I did not look for a phone # and address or other information.
