I canceled my media serve with Dish Network they sent me a ups box to return their equipment in, which i did. I thank god keep the receipt from the UPS guy. I then started recieving collection call from them. I asked how much do i owe they quoted hundred of dollar saying i did not return the equipement. At the time i could not find the receipt of ups. They passed to some guy who refused to give his name or number. I asked for the person ahead of him and he refused to do that to. He stated thier records show i owe hundreds of dollars for unreturned equipement. That I had to pay that amount period. Ive ontacted the BBB and the Illinois attorney general. The attorney generals office said it would help if i could find the reciept and for me to call Dish Network and in form them im recording the conversation and try to work with them to resolve the problem. The same guy again refused to be recorded, refused to give his name or number, and refused to give me the name or number of the person a head of him. They are commiting fraud on a mast scale, and i can prove it I have since found the reciept from UPS, which since I was not the person paying for the UPS service " I cant make claims, or get a copy of records of, including pickup from my house. Dish Network is criminal in thier bussness practises dont ever use them. I was even told that when the BBB finally takes care of this it could still come up under my credit report. That why im contacting you what is the value of my credit report and how can i stop Dish network from commiting slander and liebe against my name, especially since i can now prove they are lying?
