I ordered flowers to be delivered for my friend who had a root canal in the morning of day 1. At 6:15 Eastern time I received an email saying the order couldn't be delivered that day. There was no contact information on it beyond responding to the email. They were offering me 30 off a future purchase and there was no way I was going to use their service again. I called at 7:15 Eastern and finally got through to someone who said they would transfer me to customer service and they hung up on me. After 15 more minutes of not getting through to anyone and being sent to a message machine I talked to someone who said that the customer service center had closed at 7. I left two messages and sent an email. The next morning I called again. I got through to someone who asked for my order number and then hung up on me. Finally I was able to get through to someone who was helpful in canceling my order though there seemed to be no record of my messages I had left or my email message. They claim I will be refunded, but I'm so glad I used PayPal. It wasted an hour of my life trying to get ahold of this company. I would never use this service again because they are difficult to get through to and do not seem to be able to deliver same day.
