the tv ad showed 19.99 as the price. I ordered just the can of flexseal and the free can. I have been repeatedly on the phone with them trying to get my money back as a full refund, but they keep jacking me around. They even sent me a 3rd can which I didnt order. The merchant category code is 5969 for future reference. We received the box after telling them not to ship it so I returned it refused. It was unopened and now they are telling me I need a number that was inside the box to get my refund. Having never opened the box I never knew about this number. They took the money out the next day and now want to give me a partial refund when THEY are ready. They keep giving me different numbers for the refund from 19.99 to 57.00 neither of which is satisfactory. These people need to be stopped, we dont have that kind of money to play with. At this point, I am still battling the company to get my money. They wont cooperate and I have called them multiple times. To sum it all up they just took our money and didnt listen when I told them I didnt want their product and I have been robbed.
