IT'S ALL ABOUT HAVING TO SEND MONEY TO COLLECT YOUR WINNINGS, ANY OFFICIAL "SWEEPSTAKES" THEY PAY YOU FOR THE WINNING DOCUMENTS YOU DON'T PAY TO COLLECT WHAT YOU'VE ALREADY WON AND IF YOU DO IT'S USUALLY FOR THE TAXES AND IT COMES RIGHT OFF THE TOP!!!
