Did the same as others, ordered the trial, cancelled then got charged 99. Called MY credit card, they said i needed to call equinox. I did, obviously its a scam. I received trial box, with no phone number to cancel, you only get a phone number when you get charged and it show up on your bill, and they wont credit you. How do these people sleep at night.
