I made an online order of a combo package that includes flowers, a teddy bear and chocolate, fortunately they delivered the flowers but missed delivering the teddy bear and the chocolate. I contacted them everyday since Feb 14th on their online chat customer service on their websites and by phone and emails, and all what I got from their agents is "We apologize, we will deliver the missing items TOMORROW, thanks for understanding" I heard this message over 5 times, once every day, after repeating my self for sure about what's my problem about. I wish I know how to sue this company not for the silly teddy bear or the chocolate, but for ignoring and lying to customers. They even told me that they will phone me and email me couple times and for sure nobody contacted me at all. Disappointment and a feeling of a 100% consumer rights unprotection.

  • Seeking Resolution: Other
  • I need a full refund for the whole order not just the missing items and an appropriate apology.
