This company contacted us saying that they would like to rent our time share for 10 weeks in Mexico. They send us a contract that had ALL our infromation about the time share, we accepted their offer because we thaought they were part of Krystal International Adventures, Continental Connections. Then we were contacted by Group Seven Title Company with address 1201 Walnut Street Suite 208 Kansa City, Missouri 64106, who was going to help us as an escrow agency and will be in charge of reimbursing the money to us according to the contract we had with IAP. Later on, we were told we would have to pay maintenance fees and taxes (IVA and FIT)from Mexico, which was done by 3 wire transfers.
We have left messages for them, email and try their phones, but noone called back.
The people that I have spoken to are Edgar Dos Santos, Bruce Diaz and Arthur Mendez and possing as a Government Tax Director: Fernando Medrano Salazar.
When we realizad it was a scam, we tried to stop the wire transfers, but were told by our bank that the account in Guadalajara, Jalisco, MEXICO was closed. The bank in Mexico that received the funbds is Banco Mercantil del Norte and the Beneficiary was Bienes Servicios e Ingenieria del Pacifico SA de CV. Names and companies that were problably faked!!
