I wanted a free sample not an order for US $129.95 that came up as my final purchase after paying for whAt I thought was a shipping cost per email. Your page is very misleading and I feel like I was tricked into buying something I did not want. I only wanted to try it free. Please cancel this ASAP and refund my money or cancel the charge to my card. I do not want any monthly billing either. Here is my order number is #548990

I am very angry at how deceiving your page is. Your customer service reps were rude and even admitted that the page was misleading. They told me to contact my bank, which i did. I was planning on trying the product and seeing how well I liked it. Now I just want nothing to do with your company. I will l stop payment per
the advice of both your customer service reps. They were not helpful other than telling me you misled me and that it was my duty to contact my bank. I called less than 3 mins after making the transaction. I was told that they could not simply cancel my order. Your sight plainly says to cancel call this number...
So I don't understand why they would not simply cancel this.
Please explain how you are going to insure me that I will not be charged the amount I had no clue I was choosing! I clicked free sample, and payed what said was $9.95 shipping and handling. I then received an email receipt with the outrageous amount listed above. No calls or emails were returned after several attempts and a promise to hear back within 24 hours. That 24 hours was up over an hour ago. There are several other fraud claims against this company after I searched per advice of my bank. I just want my money back and no product.
