Banfield Wellness plan is a HUGE scam. I pay them $40 a month to cover certain cost and exams. They say that the only additional money you might have to pay is if the doctor prescribes something that is not covered. But its soooooooo funny because I have never walked out of Banfield pet hospital without spending less then $50. I am beginning to thing that the Vets are in on it too because it just so happens that everytime I go, the vet always prescribes something that Banfield doesnt cover. I have contacted SEVERAL different pet insurance companies and majority of them have deductibles or co-pays and thats all you pay! Needless to say I have contacted them and cancelled the plan... I would have done it sooner had I known they would automatically renew my contract without notification.
